I am writing to inform you about 2 recent and concerning personal security incidents that have occurred on the Vancouver campus.
As you are likely aware, a Search Committee is presently being formed for the next President of The University of British Columbia.
Since the broadcast e-mail of March 13th, announcing the establishment of the President’s Advisory Committee for the selection of a new Associate Vice-President, Enrolment Services, and Registrar, the advisory committee has met twice.
On August 24, 2012, we notified you of the landmark decisions issued by the Supreme Court of Canada and the impact that they would have on UBC.
