Q: I am no longer a student at UBC, why am I still receiving broadcast e-mail messages?
If you are a recent student at UBC, you may be receiving broadcast e-mail messages via your student NetInfo e-mail account. Please note that all NetInfo accounts typically expire in the following month of November after graduation.
If you prefer to not to receive any further messages, you’ll need to log into your Netinfo account and update your e-mail forwarding settings. Otherwise, your account should just expire in November.
For information on managing your Netinfo, please visit: http://www.it.ubc.ca/service_catalogue/email_calendaring/netinfo_interchange.html
If you have any problems accessing your account, please contact the UBC IT Help Desk: http://www.it.ubc.ca/contact/helpdesk.html
