As you are likely aware, a Search Committee is presently being formed for the next President of The University of British Columbia.
I am pleased to advise that the President’s Advisory Committee for the selection of a new Dean and Vice-Provost has been established, per Policy #21 “Appointment of Deans and Principals”
A search committee has been established to recommend to the President a new senior communications position for the University of British Columbia. You will recall discussions through the Heads Up meetings regarding how best to move UBC’s communications forward. This position has been established as a result of those, and other, discussions.
This is a call for elections for faculty members to serve on the President’s Advisory Committee for the Selection of the next Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies (FOGS). It is intended only for members of the Faculty of Graduate Studies. If you are not a member of the Faculty of Graduate Studies, please pardon the inconvenience of this email; we do not have the ability to target broadcast emails to only those eligible.
